Frequently Asked Questions

You start by submitting your car details and contact information on the Sell Your Car page. The form takes less than a minute. After submission, our team reviews your details and contacts you to confirm the next steps.

No. We do not provide instant or estimated prices. Car prices depend heavily on the car’s condition and real market demand. That’s why pricing only happens after a professional inspection.

Yes. For a limited time, CarSettle offers professional car inspection at no cost and with no obligation to sell.

The inspection is conducted at your location, at a time agreed with you in advance.

The inspection focuses on the car’s overall condition, including exterior and interior condition, engine behavior, and general usability. We do not dismantle the car or perform unnecessary checks.

Yes, or you can authorize a representative to be present on your behalf.

After inspection, your car goes through a structured market process designed to reach all relevant buyers at the same time. This allows us to deliver a clear, market-backed price within 24 hours.

You will receive a price outcome within 24 hours after the inspection is completed.

The price is based on the inspection results and real market demand at that time. Once presented, the price will not change unless new information about the car emerges that was not disclosed or visible during inspection.

You can simply decline. There is no obligation, no penalty, and no follow-up pressure. If you don’t proceed, nothing happens.

CarSettle applies a service fee only after a successful sale. The service fee is deducted from the final amount you receive, and the exact net payout is always confirmed before you accept the offer.
