• Inspections are conducted to assess vehicle condition
• Inspection availability may vary
• Inspection is offered free for a limited time
• CarSettle may suspend or reschedule inspections when necessary

Inspection results are used to determine pricing accuracy.

5. Pricing & Offers

• Prices are based on inspection results and market demand
• All offers are time-sensitive
• Prices may change if new information about the vehicle is discovered
• CarSettle does not provide instant or estimated prices

6. Service Fee

• CarSettle applies a service fee only after a successful sale
• The service fee is deducted from the final amount paid to you
• The exact net amount is clearly disclosed before you accept the offer
• If no sale occurs, no fee is deducted

7. Seller Responsibilities

• You are the legal owner or authorized representative of the vehicle
• All information provided is accurate
• Any outstanding fines, Salik balances, or bank loans will be cleared before ownership transfer

Failure to disclose material information may result in cancellation of the process.

8. Ownership Transfer & Payment

• Ownership transfer will be coordinated according to UAE regulations
• Payment will be completed after required procedures are fulfilled

CarSettle is not responsible for delays caused by third-party authorities or banks.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Delays beyond our control

Our liability is limited to the scope of services provided.
